LOWER LOUP NRD WELCOMES NEW DISTRICT SECRETARY TO FULLERTON OFFICE

The Lower Loup Natural Resources District has hired Jeanne Horacek of Fullerton as the NRD’s new District Secretary at the Fullerton NRCS office. She began her duties with the Lower Loup NRD in August.

Horacek provides assistance with both NRCS and NRD programs, including cost-share and sign-ups. She and her husband live in Fullerton and enjoy time with their children and grandchildren.
