NEW NRD NEWSLETTER DISTRIBUTED TO RESIDENTS ACROSS DISTRICT

Current In The Loup Newsletter

The Lower Loup NRD has distributed the latest edition of it's district-wide newsletter, entitled IN THE LOUP, to residents in all 16 counties that make up the NRD.

The newsletter covers a variety of topics relating to natural resources and the work of the Lower Loup Natural Resources District. Topics covered in the latest issue include a public hearing on new irrigation, the reversal of the "fully appropriated" designation for the lower Platte River Basin, and a new director and staff at the NRD. It also includes a message from District General Manager Butch Koehlmoos, information on Davis Creek Recreation Area, and Ord High School's state champion Envirothon team.

IN THE LOUP is published on a quarterly basis.
