LLNRD PUBLIC HEARING ON GROUNDWATER RULES VIOLATIONS HELD JULY 22
The Lower Loup Natural Resources District held a formal hearing on July 22, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. at the NRD Headquarters in Ord regarding alleged violations of the NRD Groundwater Management Area rules and regulations.
The NRD Board of Directors voted to issue cease and desist orders to four of the alleged violators of the District's groundwater rules and regulations.
