Great Park Pursuit Comes to Davis Creek Recreation Area

The Great Park Pursuit provides Nebraskans with incentives to visit Nebraska's many park areas, this year including the Lower Loup NRD's Davis Creek Recreation Area south of North Loup.

With travel restrictions lifting, the program has moved into full swing, now accepting submissions up to a new, extended deadline, October 31st.  The Great Park Pursuit is free and encourages participants to visit up to 20 official sites across the state.  Participants register teams of up to ten people online and then follow clues to find the Park Pursuit post somewhere in the park area.  Once that post has been located, the team can use the Great  Park Pursuit cell phone app to mark their visit or make a pencil impression of the post to prove they visited the location. Numerous prizes are available.
