Lower Loup NRD Appoints New Directors

Rick Vlach of Scotia and Larry Mohrman of Columbus have been appointed to vacancies on the Lower Loup Natural Resources District Board of Directors.  The NRD Board approved the appointments at its meeting on November 16th. NRD General Manager Leon “Butch” Koehlmoos said that the appointments were approved following votes by the NRD Board.  He said the two seats will both be up for re-election in 2018. …
