Potential for Recharge Reservoir in Custer County Being Studied

The Lower Loup Natural Resources District is studying the potential for a reservoir that would offer groundwater recharge and recreational opportunities on Lillian Creek in northeast Custer County.  A feasibility study for the project by HDR, an engineering company based in Omaha, has been completed and is available below.  Given the report size, it is broken into 5 sections.
