The Lower Loup Natural Resources District (LLNRD) is accepting applications for a Water Quality Agronomist. This is a full-time position working with agricultural producers to obtain data associated with crop production, water quality protection, nutrient management, and water application efficiencies. Significant effort in this position is to focus on working with individual producers to assist with reporting requirements and promotion of good nutrient management and water quality practices. Most of the time will be spent working in the eastern portion of the NRD. Applications accepted until May 16, 2024.
