As per the Groundwater Management Area Rules & Regulations, Rule 11, Paragraph (G) - Any new irrigated acres developed after May 9, 2016, may be subject to additional restrictions as the Board of Directors deems reasonable and necessary in light of hydrologic conditions within the District.
